patroldesk.app is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics and no tracking pixels. Its one form is the contact page, which sends what you typed to our mailbox and nothing else, and a message you send us is handled like any other business correspondence: kept for as long as the conversation is useful, shared with no one, and never sold. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files and nothing else from us.
The product videos are hosted on YouTube. The page shows a still image stored on this site, and nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and from then on YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that player, which may store data in your browser once playback starts. The same videos are on the PatrolDesk channel on YouTube.
PatrolDesk works on incident data a department has already published to its open-data portal. That data is public before we see it. Where a department connects a CAD or RMS feed, the feed is read-only, scoped by a written agreement, and handled under a CJIS-compliant deployment plan agreed before any connection is made.
PatrolDesk measures places and hours. It does not build profiles of individuals, does not identify people, and does not use personally identifiable information from any source to make a finding. The live layer, where a department's radio is public, drops medical and mental-health calls entirely, removes names, and rounds addresses to the block before anything is stored.
