patroldesk.app is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no tracking pixels, and has no forms. The only way to contact us is email, and an email you send us is handled like any other business correspondence: kept for as long as the conversation is useful, shared with no one, and never sold. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files and nothing else from us.
PatrolDesk works on incident data a department has already published to its open-data portal. That data is public before we see it. Where a department connects a CAD or RMS feed, the feed is read-only, scoped by a written agreement, and handled under a CJIS-compliant deployment plan agreed before any connection is made.
PatrolDesk forecasts places and hours. It does not build profiles of individuals, does not identify people, and does not use personally identifiable information from any source to make a finding. The live layer, where a department's radio is public, drops medical and mental-health calls entirely, removes names, and rounds addresses to the block before anything is stored.
